The latest mentoring pack from Dr K Guccione has been released. The following is now available…

“Online learning pack for Mentor Practice Development - it assumes a basic 'intro to mentoring' has taken place, and is intended as a CPD resource for practicing mentors in HE institutions. It’s not GCU specific, and so should be of use to mentors you know. Please share and adapt, the pack is Creative Commons licensed to allow just that.
The video section will continue to grow over time. I am developing these short intros to fit with the emerging FAQs of our Mentor Network at GCU (forthcoming: using a solutions focused approach, mentoring thesis writers, working with narrative). I would tend to use these in a flipped way (i.e. watch, then come to a co-supervision with network members). What are your mentors’ FAQs — what would you add to this list?
