Paola Posocco is a computational modeler with a passion for supramolecular and self-assembling materials and mum of Enrico. She completed her PhD in Nanotechnology at the University of Trieste in 2010 working on multiscale molecular simulation of nanostructured systems.

 

In 2017 she became Associate Professor at the same university. Since 2019 she is (proudly) Deputy-Coordinator of the PhD program in Nanotechnology of the University of Trieste. Her research activity focuses on applying molecular modeling approaches to link structure, dynamics, and function of complex supramolecular nanomaterials like hybrid organic-inorganic nanoparticles.

 

Outside work, she enjoys nordic walking and baking. She is obsessed with nordic design and is a colour lover.
